Fertile egg?

So i dont know when this was laid because it was found on a boat cover. I’ve had chickens before but never a male. I have a way to incubate it and have done so but i dont know if it’s fertile. I didn’t pick it up but one it was handled too much and about to be throw away I decided to give it a chance.

Day 23 now and I’m getting worried. It’s quite dark and I managed to see lots of movement the other day but none today. Started to make sure that the humidity is higher but I’m worried something went wrong because I didn’t know you had to turn them up until day 18.. hoping it’s just resting because I read sometimes they don’t move and that’s okay. Trying not to open it up to check on it. Waiting a few more days to see any more growth
