Fertile egg?

Can anyone tell me if this is a fertile egg? I have 3 ducks and just realized one might be a male.

Anyone know if these duck eggs are fertile? The darker yolk on in the picture with 2 I don't think it is but the other 2 I'm not sure. In the picture of just one there's 2 white dots, what does that mean?
