Fertile egg?

Very new to chickens - is this egg fertilized? I'm still not sure how to see the bullseye.

I'll post that in the correct forum. We know for sure a few ours are definitely hens, as I've seen them on the nest box or have seen them lay an egg, so we will exclude those.

This is the 2nd time I've used an incubator on my chicken eggs. The 1st batch was not a success, so I'm trying again. I don't have the eyes to spot the growing or even fertile eggs. I have attached the eggs I have now in the incubator. Help is appreciated
