Fertile Eggs From Whole Foods...

How likely are they to hatch if they have been cold this long??

Were they refrigerated to slow development? Or just left room temp?

I am just lost about how all of that works when shipping hatching eggs. How's all that work?

THe carton tells you when they were layed, or at least packaged. There will be a 3 digit number near the exp date that corresponds to the day of the year they were laid. For example, jan 1st would be 001. Dec 31st would be 365. Today, mar 22 would be something like 081 because its the 81st day of the year. If you were to go to TJ's tommorrow, you might find numbers between 070 and 080. Dig around and you can find some that are only a couple days old.
