Hi all, I'm not sure I'm on the right thread, but here goes my question. Is it more healthy to eat fertile eggs versa non fertile?

    And if so, why?

Thank you and if I'm on the wrong thread let me know.

No, fertile eggs are basically identical to infertile eggs in terms of nutrition, fat content, etc. The only difference is that they can hatch if incubated.
