Now that's kinda funny. I originally thought you wanted to have his fertilized eggs. Yeah, if you've a mean flock then it's time to consider a gentler breed and ask yourself why they are doing what they do....
One of our first years chickens, a hatchery barred rock, was the friendliest and most curious. She'd peck pant legs, jump at women's pocket books and you name it. One might think she was "mean" but in a different light of thinking she was merely not afraid and friendly towards us. Constantly pecking for us to give treats and to pet her as she squatted. That's all she wanted to do, get treats and show us she was subservient. "Please let me squat for you!" as in pet me or pick me up and "Treat me!" That's a given for any chicken...food oriented and best way to train them.
