fertile eggs

help! I am confused about this one aspect of the breeding thing....once a rooster mates (one time) with a hen, how many eggs can she produce that will most likely be fertilized?

After being bred a hen can retain high fertility for two weeks, some fertility for three weeks, and occasional fertility up to four weeks.
