Fertile? I wish I could tell

I have seen my one rooster doing the deed. Never the other and never the white layers which I need more of... so I cracked a couple open... thoughts?

well then, I think I’ll collect a half dozen eggs and chime in on the Feb hatch... I’m going to have many chickens

After much thought and consideration. And being unable to choose between Isbar, Legbar, Araucana, Ameraucana, Whitings, bluebells, EE’s and variants...

I decided to order some Dominant Black Maran hybrid hens that apparently produce Dark brown eggs, and some Dominant easter Egger hybrid hens that are supposed to produce 90% blue to green eggs. Both are advertised at 280+ eggs a year. Then I think I will get a pure Ameraucana Roo, an Isbar Roo and a frost legbar Roo, see if I can’t get some really blue eggs.
If I’m going to have mixes I’m going to have SERIOUS Mixes

oh and Blue Leghorns, because they are pretty

And Blue Cochins, because I’d like a couple broodies.

and Some meaty “ugly” birds to place at the other farmhouse to fill the freezer with.

I will have 23 acres of chickens in No time

Ok I baked a cake.. and I took a few more
Photos of my naked eggs since I had to crack a few lol. First one is from my Ancona, I don’t think that ones fertile, the leghorn looks like it is (AWESOME) and the brown egg looks like it is, but I was pretty sure all my brown eggs are being laid by hens who love my roo’s lol

So Now I’m excited about all the white eggs I have in the bator I was a little worried I just wasted 5 delicious eggs lol

I think I have the Yes and No eggs figured out.
