Fertile or not

it's hard to tell, byt looks like it is not fertile. Look for a bullseye. the bullseye means fertile, the dot means its not.
 
Thanx everyone now that I know what I'm looking for and I've a pic of it I can tell if my guys ever get fertile or not

And any advise on how to help the fertility rate or will I just let nature do it's ownthing t

Definitely it's a nature thing and can't control his breeding.

Ik I cant control it but I know for a pair of pekins I had back 2 year ago the rooster wouldnt thread the hen and I put a little mirror in there run for 2 days and he is now currently my top breeder
Is there anything I can do like that I cant put a mirror in the drakes pen as its simply to big
