fertile or not ?

I'm a little out of practice ( we haven't had a rooster in a few years ) but does this look like a fertile egg ? Not the best picture but if I remember correctly that's a bullseye right ? Thanks

I think it is fertile. can you get a picture without the flash? And the bullseye does mean it fertile.

I actually busted it while I was attempting to get a better picture of it lol there was definitely a distinct bullseye which shocked me a bit we've got at least 4 roosters right now but their only 13-14 weeks old .
