Fertile Quail Eggs?

I ordered some Pharaoh Quail eggs and I was wondering if these are fertile?

You can only tell if you crack them open.

If you ordered hatching eggs, they are probably fertile. Especially if you ordered them from someone who sells them all the time.
 
I'm no authority on pharaoh quail, but have these been in the bator long enough to start developing? Just wondering cause the egg in the 2nd pic sure looks like a dead giveaway that those are (blood) veins. I could be waaay off base, though.

Yea it has viens... it's just ba pics. and they have about 8 days left until they hatch.
