Fertile spot or something else?

Hi, I am new to this. I have seen online that some of these spots are not fertile and just mean something else. It's still hard for me to tell the difference. Hoping someone can help me!

I'd say no. I don't see a true bullseye.

If you compare it, to me, it looks more like the "not fertile" egg in the pic.

That is a normal germinal disc - not a fertile "bullseye"
