Can any body help if this turkey egg is fertile r not

There's a lot of glare in the picture, but it does appear to have the bulls eye appearance of a fertile egg.

K the next 1 I fine is going in the incubator r Turkey eggs hard to see the veins

I have 3 in my incubator now. 2 Slate and 1 Bourbon Red. The slate eggs are speckled lighter than the Reds and blood vessels are a little easier to see. But movement is very clear in all of them!
