Fertile?

I am fairly sure that I have been checking fertility correctly, but I just want a second opinion.
It is hard to see in the picture below, but there is a ring around the white dot in the middle which is what I'm guessing is this bullseye everyone is looking for. I was just worried about how small this one is. Normally they are slightly bigger, but this one is similar to a few I get.

Yes, it is fertile. If you’ll zoom in you can see the “bullseye”.

I too vote fertile. It may be a little faint but that's a definite bullseye.
