I've just removed the 4 eggs she's been sat on for 13 days. Do I wait for the others to lay some more today and give her those or wait for a while?? That was the only egg I've cracked so far and it's been a winner! I used to be a hairdresser so I may have to get trimming the fluffy butts up!!

Yup that is most certainly a fertile egg. Can you see the small cell (a dot) towards the lower right of the yolk? That means it is fertile.

No, the single white dot does not mean the egg is fertile. That is the blastoderm, the half of the genetic material provided by the hen.

In the pictures I posted and the second picture from the OP you can see a ring has formed around the white dot. That is the formation of a blastocyst that occurs after fertilization. That bulls-eye look is what makes it a fertile egg.
