Fertility Check???

Is the only way to really know if my rooster is doing his job to do a sample hatching to check for fertility? I have 13 hens with 1 rooster and he seems to be doing his business but I am curious as to if the eggs are fertile. DH would kill me if I got more chicks but maybe just a few in the bator to check??? ;-)

You can crack them open and see if the white spot has a bull's eye shape. If it does, then you have fertile eggs!!
