Fertilization question

sorry if this is in the wrong place but we are new to chickens and just got a rooster a week ago for our girls. I have bad eye sight so I have trouble seeing the bulls eye I research that meant the eggs where fertile. My wife said she believed it was so attached is a pic. Is it fertile. Also quick question about how long the rooster will need to fertilize all 12 hens?

Yes on the bullseye. As for how long? I have no idea. A week or 2 might be enough but it depends on the girls too, i know i had a few that didn't want to mate at first but then again my rooster was just a little cockerel learning to get his pants down too.

If the rooster is doing his thing I hear it may take a week but since he's still young I would give it 2 weeks if you wanna be safe

I see the bullseye. I'd give it a good two weeks if you want to be certain that eggs will be fertile :--)
