Fertilized Egg broke on Day 23

hi!
We have a buff Orpington hatching 5 eggs. We are on day 23, but all eggs still have movement. Today, I went and checked and noticed that one egg was broken pretty badly. You can see the chick inside of it, but I couldn't tell if it was moving. Is it possible for that chick to still hatch okay? What should I do? Thank you!
