Fertilized Egg?

so I cracked one of my eggs open to cook and noticed it lookes like it has a bullseye....but wamt to make sure what do y'all think?

Do you have a rooster or cockerel? If so, unless you have too many hens for him or he's really old/young, all of your eggs are probably fertilized.
