Are my eyes deceiving me or is this turkey egg fertilized?!? If so, what would be my next steps if I want to hatch any eggs?

Yep, looks fertile.
Have any Toms, or hormone crazed roosters?
I've got three turkeys that I got last year with the intention of butchering. We butchered one around thanksgiving but haven't gotten around the last three.
One of them is a tom and the other two just started laying this week. I hadn't been positive that he was a tom until recently since he never really exhibited the tom-like behavior that my first tom did. I only really noticed recently that his snood was bigger and his face had more color in it than the other two. This is my first year with turkeys so I am pretty inexperienced with them lol.

What breeds?
The other tom must be a late bloomer.

They are supposed to be broad-breasted bronze (the tom and one hen) and a broad-breasted white. That's why I was so surprised that the eggs are fertilized since I've heard it can be hard for the broad-breasted turkeys to mate. They haven't gotten as big and fat as I thought they would, and they have been eating a ton of food.

Do you know if I would be able to put an egg or two under one of my broody hens? I've got two chicken hens that are broody (one just went broody a few days ago).

They could be standard bronze, & white Holland.

I don't see why not. You can give it a try hatching a couple.
