I think I have sleeping rooster among my girls! We have had our girls since April 2013 and it had taken them until August to start producing eggs. It is now March and I am noticing white bullseyes on my eggs. Just cracked five of them this morning. Could use a second opinion and how do I identify which one is the male because it is not obvious. I have four breeds: Black Australorp, two RI, one production bird and two bantams. One of my bantam went broody in January. Each egg has the appearance of the white dot.

Is it a dot or a proper bullseye with an empty space in the middle of the dot? All eggs have the dot, that is the normal female genetic material. The rooster turns it into a proper bullseye. Can you post pictures of your yolks or birds?
