Fertilized or Not?

We haven’t seen our roo mating at all yet, not sure if the hens have accepted him but we cracked open this baby. Is it fertilized or not?

I don't think it is as I can't see any rings around the dot, but if you see rings around it then it is fertile.

He’s about 6 months we were told. He hasn’t crowed, danced around the hens, or attempted mounting, but he has chased the younger hens a little bit. They’re all mid molt (1.5 year olds) except for our 5 month old hens so I figured that was it. And we’ve only had him for a little over 2 weeks. Not a whole lot of roo behavior yet. He acts basically just like a really curious hen that just hangs out all day that they follow around and snuggle up to.
