New to incubation process. Wondering if I’m too early to start incubating…. Is this fertilized or not?

Possibly. Looks promising. Try it and see. You'll know by Day 3 because the eggs will visibly be developing by then. If it's not fertilized there will be no change. If it's not fertilized, you haven't lost anything but 3 days of incubation time.
