Fertilized?

i have a hen who has been sitting on her eggs for over a week straight. I candled some and a few and the yolks looked really dark but I don't know how old the eggs are so I can't tell if they're fertilized.

Sorry this is a few days late but I did not want to disturb the eggs too much. I know this is a bad picture but you can see the dark spot and the air cell a bit... The egg is over 2 weeks old
