Fetilized eggs?

Sofrom what I have read/seen these eggs are fertilized?

Egg #1, yes, there's a pretty clear ring/bull's-eye.

Egg #2 not so much. I see a fuzzy white circle but no clearly defined inner and outer ring. I would call that one infertile.
