Just keep it in the incubator until it gains strength. Sadly theres not much you can do to help a newly hatched chick. After some rest it might perk up. Hatching is exhausting. But be prepared if it just doesnt make it. It happens sometimes.
Did it hatch on its own? How many days incubation?

Im guessing a broody hatch from the hay.

Maybe try a heat lamp and wait it out?

I had a couple like that with some broodies, I put them under the heat lamp and they literally came back to life. I hope that's all that is wrong.

sadly i lost the first one but have a healthy one that hatched on its own during the nite. I think i handled the first one to much! have 9 more in the incubator and hoping for more today!

sadly i lost it but the next one was healthy and walking around the other eggs in the incubator! got one more pipping and hopefully will have a partner for the new one!
