few quick questions

Ok I have a few questions. Do light Brahma chicks grow slower than other chicks? I have a few chicks same age and rest have lots of feathers...brahma does not. See pics below. Also anyone have any idea what color this silkie mix will be? Last question I have a what I was told was a barred rock silkie cross. Is this possibly a boy?? Just looks very boyish to me.
