Fight or sick

This is our special needs pol hen, Teriyaki. She is blind in one eye and has scars on her head from being pecked. This red around her good eye and beak is new today. She was in a fight with her sister earlier, but not sure if this looks like an injury or a sign of illness

Looks normal to me, but then again, I'm not around her all day. It doesn't look like she has a disease, though, so I'd think it was an injury.
