fighting between the Rooster and my hens

Cockerels who preserve as "Punks" usually are bullied,a rooster who has confidence and shows no fear or little fear,usually makes hens have watchful cover and be frighten to bully him.

MY BSL cockerel has the guts,have not seen a hen just walk around him without being in complete battle mode,a lot of my hens can't stand to give their spot up.
