Fighting chicks

Hello I have had my baby chicks for over a month and there is one that is like 1/3 the size of the rest I think hes a bantam but he is getting picked on alot what should i do

Do you have 40 one month olds?

Make sure the brooder or pen is big enough.

Plenty of food and water so they all can eat and drink without fighting or taking turns.

If in a brooder, put in clumps of sod to give them something to scratch/eat. (give grit/sand to digest grass)

Put in toys or shiny objects to give them something to pick at.

Sprinkle a little feed so they have something to scratch.

Different roosts, flat rocks, or box for them to climb on.
