Cassandra ran away from the war. Her mother had stayed behind to help the others but told Cassandra to run. She did. She ran not bothering to look back at the battle that raged on behind her. They had come out of now where, running towards the village shouting their war cries and waving their weapons. Before they could react the humans flung nets onto the Zolnixi. Cassandra's father had been captured those who hadn't been captured fought. Those who didn't fight ran. Cassandra's mother had gotten captured and now Cassandra ran as fast as she could not paying attention to where she was going. That was her down fall. Literally. Cassandra fell off the small cliff. It wasn't big enough for her to get hurt or for her to die but it was enough to knock her out. The last thing she remembered was htting the ground. Then everything went black.
