Fighting for ONE Nest Box - Use the other Boxes!?!...?

I watched my darling Lilith lay an egg on the back of another hen that was sitting on top of another hen in the favorite nest box. They were fighting over the box when Lilith simply ran out of time.

I took out the partitions and now have 1 long nest and at peak times I sometimes see 5 or 6 hens in there at the same time. Somehow the eggs all end up in the same nest tho when I go back to gather them.
