Hi! I have Plymouth rocks that are both 17 weeks of age. Lately I've been coming out to their coop to let them out every morning and there are big feathers everywhere :/ The feathers are theirs. And when I let them out they run out then fly and chest bump eachother. My barred Plymouth Rock is noticeably larger and will kick up its feet and hit the other one making it lose feathers and let out some crazy squaks
I've had chickens before and this kind of behavior never took place? Is this just setting the pecking order or should I be worried? N
either of them have layed yet.
