Postponed the vacation for the eggs to hatch.
Took them with me!

Not yet, but I am thinking on taking the incubator with me so I can take care of them.. I have a spot for them in the minivan. My mom lives at the beach about 2and half hrs from me and we go down every chance we get. I getting ready to put 24 silkie eggs in the incubator.

so if we go down for a few days, well they will be going. I got a nice soft spot for them. Just have to get ac/dc adaptor. I know its against all reasonable thinking.

I remember my first broody I had. I put food and water close to her worried to death. Spent more time with her then I did with the family.

that's why I rather incubate instead of them siting on them. I know its what they do, but I worry about them,

. I didn't want to use an incubator because of my OCD ill end up killing them lol.

I guess so. lol Its hard not to mess with them while waiting on them to hatch. But if you ever do you will be hooked..

yeah my girl is sitting tight on her clutch refuses to get up. This is my first broody ever lol...I just cant wait for ducklings
