my femake cayuga honey finally laid an egg! yes!! i have some questions..

1. when will they be fertile?
2.its her first egg and if i hatch it (if its fertile) will it be deformed? when to hatch?
3.will she lay them every day?
4. when will she go broody?

So glad your duck is finally laying. She will lay on and off for a while yet, maybe an egg every few days or every day for a few days then none for a few. I wuld leave it a good 3 weeks before you try and incubate the eggs tho. I cant say if they will be fertile or not and I cant tell you if or when your duck will go broody. But once again Im glad you finally got your 1st egg
