s/he just hatched 20 minutes ago!!!!!! waiting on 3 more to go!!! i have a hovabator 1602N do i pull a vent plug now or what till the others hatch???i know they have to be pulled to let them dry, but only one has hatched so far, any suggestions????

pulled one plug, another duckie hatched so pulled both plugs 2/4 so far!!!! waiting on 2 more!!!
