I have wanted BLRW since I first learned of them around 2005-2006. Over the weekend we brought home 3 pullets in blue and a year old splash rooster from a breeder not far from us. I can't tell you how thrilled I am! 
I have been admiring them so much for so long, to see them finally on our farm is so exciting! The pullets are about 4 months old if I remember correctly. I can't wait to get them into a bigger pen so I can get better pictures of them and sit with them better. They're in a small temporary pen inside one of our barns right now. Big plans for a nice coop and run for these beauties!
