Finally Caught Predator last night

Thought it was a coon that was climbing up into the chicken coup. He has killed 8 chickens and 1 call duck in a little over a week.

Going to the animal shelter for disposal as soon as they open this morning. He is so wild he growls when you get close to the trap.

they can be crazy scary when they are wild, i know i work for a vet.

Not what I was expecting at all....first I was thinking coon, then skunk as we have killed a few that keep getting our ducks...

He is going trough the welded wire fence and somehow getting by the electric fence as well and then over the chain link dog kennels where the birds are....

I know the neighbors cats and they won't harm anything. I thought this was a bobcat when I first seen him at 5 this morning still half asleep!

You might keep the trap out for a few more days, just in case.

That is one big well fed kitty. That he may be a pet makes no matter. Take him to the shelter.

Be sure its a feral cat,It looks well fed,maybe its just scared when you come close.You could possibly have another predator of some kind

That's a lot of chickens for a cat to eat.

Better keep the trap out for a while.........
