Finally decided to join!

After quite a few weeks of doing intense research, and looking up random chicken facts before I made a purchase.. I came across this site NUMEROUS times! I found most of the answers I had been looking for here. For as long as I can remember I've wanted chickens, so I finally took the plunge! I decided to get just a few to start (5). My day old babies just arrived today, and I figured instead of "asking google" any questions I may have, I'd sign up here! Looking forward to meeting you all!

I will definitely be posting pictures as soon as I get them off the camera! I got 5 "assorted" pullets, and they're all different! I know only time will tell what they turn out to be, I have a few ideas, but I wanna see what experts have to say! They're so cute!
