I had the little guys in the coop in a broaderfor a week or so, so everyone could socialize and get use to the 8 weekers that were already living in the coop. Problem was 2 out of the 5 in the coop were roos. I noticed the 2 roos were the first to pick on the young ones when I would let them run in the coop then the 3 hens would join in. I decided I needed to remove the roos. So they are now in a bachelor pad.
I turned out the littles in the coop with the hens and everyone is getting along fine. In fact some of the littles are pushing the bigger girls around.
I never thought something so simple could solve the problem! Thanks for the advice everyone.
