Finally finished Coop

The coop is 8x8 and the attached run is roughly 11x40, fully enclosed with 1/4" hardware cloth.

The paint job was all thanks to my wife, I was a little scared of her multicolor design in the beginning, but I love it now!

This is how I set up the inside, the feed tube works great, and the birds seem to like our 3 sided design since we are located in southeastern Arizona.

Here is a picture showing how I enclosed the run...it was quite a bit extra effort and money, but I sleep good at night know the ladies are well protected.

Thanks for all the positive feedback. To the first poster, I think my total cost was around 1k once everything was said and done. It was definitely about twice what I thought I was going to spend. And yes, my wife does have an artistic eye, she figured if it was going to be in the back yard it might as well look good.
