finally finished with coop? Woopeeeeee!

Hey ya'll, we went to our Purina feed store and bought 4 very pretty lady Americaunas. They were kept in a big big cage with no perches or nest boxes, they were with fan tailed pidgeons, turkey pullets and God only knows what else. They are about 20 weeks old but have not started laying yet. The feed store had them on start and grow but they advised me that I could go ahead and put them on Layena. They seem to like it pretty well. Now to my problem, how do I get them to find the nest boxes. One has climbed half way up the ladder but jumped back down, and will they finally find the perches in the run? They love to scratch under the coop in the leaf litter.
