FINALLY FOUND AN A.V., MADE AN APPT.-- NOW I'M WORRIED ABOUT IT!!!! :(

* I mean Chook was a feral, I've only had Perky 2 weeks-- This is freakin' Florida!! West Nile playground. . . The "kids" seem mostly fine to me, but what do I know once a vet gets their mitts on em?? Not to mention, that the vet is north and west, in "legal" chicken land. . .and I'm obviously not. . . AAAarrghhh! What to do? I'm scared now.

I'm sure they will take good care of your birds. Anybody who sees chickens does it b/c they like them, not for the money!

* The money isn't what's worrying me (not entirely anyway, although the last time I contacted an A.V., he told me he'd see Chook for $18O.OO to start-- Sure, that'll happen!!) Just don't want them telling me the girls are doomed (OR, I'M doomed for having them, either, for that matter!) :[
