Finally getting chickens!!! Michigan

I have been wanting to get some chickens for years. Although I only had hubby's half hearted permission, he did finally say ok, lol. Expecting our chicks mid April (15 of them!) & with limited funds & frigid temps we haven't even started on a coop haha. There are lots of great ideas & info on here. So excited to begin our rural backyard chicken raising adventure!

Welcome to BYC! Where are you getting chicks from? We are getting some in April, to add to the flock. You should also think about joining the MI thread .
