Believe it or not, we got this cute little coop on ebay! It cost about $100. We're seeing it as a starter coop, to house the girls until we construct something more substantial. But it was a snap to assemble. We're adding some modifications, as it didn't come with a perch, nest box, or adequate hardware cloth. But it's coming along and will likely be finished tomorrow.

No chickens yet. We plan to rescue from our local SPCA (Nevins Farm). Probably next weekend we'll pick up the girlies and bring them home. I'm so excited!
