Here he is, his name is "Duckie". I had been having duckling withdrawal until now. He will be my farm buddy/house duck, follow me around, do tricks, come when called, etc. I am getting my dogs acclimated to him. I am so happy!

Man you are freaking your dogs out. The white dog already makes it clear that ducks are lunch. I see a dead duck in the picture between his paws.

No, Chaser (the white one) is very gentle with my birds. She would never eat him. She was busy chewing on a toy when I surprised her with a loudly peeping duckling. She was just like "What the....". She was fine after that. It almost looks like "Holly" is tasting him, but that was just funny timing.

I know the picture of the duck toy just made me smile. I have 4 dogs myself that are hanging with the ducks and the gosling. Can't trust them with duckling, but no issue with the adult ducks.

Aboslute CUTIE!!! LoL, your dogs looked sooo freaked out...like"what tha...not another one!!!". I'm assuming this is not their first duckling encounter

I wanted my little duckling to bond with me too...but when it was time to seperate him from the baby chicks I felt sorry for him/her so I got him/her a friend...now I hate I did it b/c he acts scared of me now and only wants to be with the other duckling...I know its best for him to have a playmate but I hate it!!! I am trying to do everything I can to tame them both but thats hard to do when they have each other.
