@DobieLover - One of the most important lessons I learned from this website was to build the coop before the chickens, and I'm so glad I did! I started in August and still have some finishing touches to complete before these babies move in permanently, but since we have some sun and warming weather this week I am taking them on field trips to their run while I finish the last pieces. The timing should be perfect - we have 60F temps coming up right when they will be ready to move in!
