My Bantam who refuses to get along with others has been free ranging 24/7 for a while now. Today she voluntarily went into the run with the others and they've spent the day free ranging in a flock. A few pecks and shouts but otherwise it's going ok. Now I just want to see where she decides to sleep tonight. In the big coop or her own little enclosure.

That’s great! Maybe she’s just getting to point of lay (POL). Chickens get much more friendly and flock-like at that time. It is also when youngsters are finally able to join our flock - when they start to lay is when we see them merge into the main flock.

Nope. She's about 2yrs old. Already hatched 2 little clutches with me. She's just ornery and always has been.

That's awesome!! :celebrate How are the others behaving? Are they accepting her? :)
She's the bully but the rooster has accepted her and calls her for treats. She is still reluctant to accept him but she's not running too far.
She stayed with the flock all day and even went into the run with them as evening drew near however she ran up to her own space as the sun started going down and she's happily sleeping in her box on the verandah again tonight. It's a start. A good one, so I'm happy to keep it going this way. She just prefers her freedom.
