Hello fellow chicken lovers,

I am a newly joined (but not new to this site) chicken lover... person thing.

I had got fertilized eggs back in march and put them in a homemade incubator. It was my first time having any type of birds. 7 cute chicks hatched (6 roosters and 1 hen). I got two more female chicks in April and three more in May. Two of our roosters got eaten that month and we sold the other 4 in August. (I was really sad. :hit) So I presently have 6 laying chickens. I also got three quails in June.

I found this site while I was incubating the eggs. Ever since, most of all my chicken questions were answered here.

So here are my chickens names (breed)

Ginny (Brahma cross)

Croquette (White Leghorn)

Nugget (...generic brown chicken?)

Hedwig (DeKalb White)

Becky-Piou (Bovan Brown)

Jacqueline (Bovan Black)
