Finally laying!

after some nervous first weeks trying to get all my hens to lay, this morning I find 3 eggs from 3 hens, so excited, but the bossy Baldy is still getting on my nerves! I want to keep them as long as they are laying but will this meaness ever end?

Probably not. She's probably the top hen. If you get rid of her and get another hen, the pecking order will have to be established all over again.

Thanks, its just she picks on my Wyandotte which is a bigger chicken but younger & I dont understand why Cleo lets her do that. Im getting more used to there ways though, sure is an interesting hobby!
