after some nervous first weeks trying to get all my hens to lay, this morning I find 3 eggs from 3 hens, so excited, but the bossy Baldy is still getting on my nerves! I want to keep them as long as they are laying but will this meaness ever end? :(

Probably not. She's probably the top hen. If you get rid of her and get another hen, the pecking order will have to be established all over again.
